Pivotal is a full-service digital agency for e-commerce brands. It is the trading name of PVTL Digital Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company 12857920), with its head office at Pivotal House, Red Lion Street, Norwich NR1 3TB, and studios in London, New York, Los Angeles and Ahmedabad. Pivotal designs and builds online stores on Shopify, Magento (Adobe Commerce) and bespoke platforms, connects them to the systems behind them, and runs the marketing that grows them: paid media, SEO, email and conversion rate optimisation. It works with founders and e-commerce and marketing leads at brands including Red Dragon Darts, CameraWorld, Boxfit, Euronics, Notcutts, Booths, Cutter & Squidge and Snowdonia Cheese Company. Pivotal was founded by Tait Pollack, and has been writing about e-commerce in its Insights archive since 2011.

Our head office is Pivotal House, a 1902 building by Edward Boardman and Son on Red Lion Street in the middle of Norwich, which we share with hot-deskers and The Yard Coffee. We also have studios in London, New York, Los Angeles and Ahmedabad, and work with clients across the UK and Ireland, the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.
